The last 14 days we spent in Switzerland. We have enjoyed hundreds of kilometers on the roadbike, running, rollerskiing and swimming in amazing surroundings both in the mountains and in the low lands. It has been sunny and warm the whole period and after a cold spring and summer in Trondheim , we finally found real summer.
Christian, Havard and Vibeke We have been biking both in Schwarzwald (D), did a three pass tour in the Swiss Alps (Furka, Nufenen, Gotthard), biked over Ibergeregg and in the local hilly area. Vibeke Nörstebö (Triathlon athlete) and Håvard Bergsdal visited us for a week and joined us on a lot of nice tours.
As Vibeke is a triathlete she finished some of the biking trips with a short run and also did some swimming sessions, and as I plan to start in the Norwegian championships in Triathlon (olympic distance) this was a nice chance for me to start practicing.
